Covid-19 Procedures and Measures
We hope you have been keeping well and starting to see business returning to a degree of normality.
With the large-scale changes to Covid-19 restrictions and regulations on the 19th July, we have carefully considered the procedures we will be keeping in place and those that can be adjusted at the hotels to keep our staff and guests safe and promote the confidence to travel.

If you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not enter the hotel. These include; A high temperature, a new and persistent cough and a loss of taste and smell.
Where arriving by coach Drivers are requested to contact the hotel at least 1 hour prior to arrival to ensure our team are expecting your arrival and to avoid overcrowding.
If arriving by car we ask if guests can call us from the carpark before entering so we can ensure that there is no queue at reception.

A member of our reception team will come on to the coach and offer a welcome speech to our guests.
We are not currently routinely offering porterage to try to minimise cross contamination however this can be provided if a guest is unable to carry their own luggage, this will need to be requested prior to arrival.
Screens at reception will remain in place.
We continue to recommend staggering guests getting off the coach.
We ask that after receiving their key cards, guests head straight to their accommodation and do not wait in the foyer area to allow space for the flow of guests.
